ERP PDM Quality Associate
This role will be responsible for the daily reoccurring of product master data in global supply chain systems and resolving reported issues with internal customers. This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can problem-solve issues with multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data. Completing daily operational tasks will require working directly with Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Planning, Procurement, and Finance teams to resolve reported issues and maintain product data quality.
Responsible for the daily maintenance of product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems (D365, CRM, M2K, ECON, etc.)
Complete Engineering Change request quality assurance checks, specifically requests related to Software, Firmware, Systems, and Gaming Controls
Conduct RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) working with respective teams to identify true source of the issues and implement countermeasures.
Perform routine data quality audits on new products introduced to D365 to ensure BOM and enrichment quality
Participate in monthly D365 regression testing as needed, acting as the main point of contact
Manage reported BOM and routing tickets from receipt to resolution
- Maintain and communicate accurate status of work performed within applicable systems and status update meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather and document data and other requirements to meet business needs
Review PDM operational processes to determine gaps and inefficiencies and suggest changes using defined processes, judgment, and expertise
Assist with maintaining PDM process documentation and internal training material for CIII and CII products as required
Participate in product management and maintain strong relationships with our internal customers
Occasional travel (National and International) may be required.
Works within and may lead cross-functional teams across the Global Land Based Business and other functions.
Works closely with groups assigned to implement process and operational changes to ensure the changes are implemented successfully.
Develop strong working relationships with all other departments to ensure changes requiring other organizations are implemented successfully.
Participate fully in company health and safety programs and comply with all company OSHA policies and procedures.

Report hazardous conditions to management.

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment (with at least one year supporting Supply Chain functions) and supply chain and production modules in major ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
Experience in product/item master data management, including bill of material creation.
Passionate, self-motivated, enthusiastic person continuously seeking ways to achieve excellence.
Ability to analyze information and use logic to perform tasks efficiently within deadlines.
Possesses good problem-solving skills to address work-related issues and problems.
Possesses good project management skills and organizational skills.
Proven experience leading and mentoring team members.
Ability to effectively communicate across cross-functional teams and technical and business engagement managers.
Ability to prepare, present, and communicate solutions to technical and business audiences.
Can meet changing demands and adapt to frequently changing priorities.
Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is highly recommended.

$62,365 - $115,820 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
